Our family-owned and operated business was founded in 2016, after spending 25 years as the head maintenance and remodeler for a large property management company. This experience has given me the expertise needed to handle all aspects of remodeling projects. At Douglas Residential Construction we take on each project as if it were our own, with our team handling all work in-house with no third parties involved. Our main focus is your satisfaction, which is why we only request final payment once you’re happy with the final product.
